Needed a new power supply and a rewire, but was too busy to do it myself. They made the process totally painless. Excellent work.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Total Data Support. We bought a computer at a big box store and needed help transferring data from my old computer to the new. We learned that Total Data Support sells computers and will most likely purchase our next computer there.

Total Data Support helped diagnose my laptop hardware issue and complete a full reimaging, new hard drive installation, data transfer, and laptop fan cleanup as a rush service within 28 hours of handing it in to match my urgent schedule. Owner was patient and explained everything in detail, as well as provided recommendations for higher performance and lower costs on hardware. I am thankful for the quick service and hope it fixed my problem permanently.
